Terms of Service
Effective date: May 11, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. They describe the rules that apply when you use Voystro and explain the responsibilities that come with voice capture, AI-assisted workflow generation, and team collaboration.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Voystro, including our websites, applications, voice capture tools, task management features, integrations, and related services. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using Voystro, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Voystro on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Voystro.
2. The Voystro Service
Voystro helps teams capture spoken ideas, notes, requests, and other work context, then turn that information into structured tasks, assignments, approvals, reminders, and workflows.
Some features may use artificial intelligence or automated processing to transcribe audio, summarize content, suggest assignees, draft task details, identify follow-ups, or recommend actions. These features are designed to support human review and approval, and you are responsible for reviewing important AI-assisted results before relying on them.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
Workspace owners and administrators may manage users, roles, permissions, billing settings, workspace content, and access to workspace data. If you join a workspace, your use may also be subject to that workspace's internal policies.
4. Customer Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Voystro, including audio recordings, transcripts, task descriptions, comments, files, project data, routing profiles, and other workspace information.
You grant Voystro a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use Customer Content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve Voystro, as permitted by your settings and applicable agreements. This includes processing audio into transcripts, extracting tasks, generating workflow suggestions, and making content available to authorized workspace users.
We do not use Customer Content to train third-party AI models. We also do not use Customer Content to train Voystro-owned AI models unless you or your workspace have expressly agreed to that use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, record, share, or process Customer Content in Voystro, including any required consent from people whose voices, names, personal information, or confidential information may appear in that content.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Voystro to violate laws, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or intended to facilitate harm. You may not use Voystro to make automated decisions that carry legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review.
6. Privacy and Security
Voystro uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Content. No online service is completely secure, and you should use appropriate safeguards when deciding what information to submit.
Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy disclosures or other notices we provide. If a separate data processing agreement or enterprise agreement applies to your workspace, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Voystro may connect with third-party services such as authentication providers, communication tools, storage providers, payment processors, or workflow systems. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Voystro is not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, or changes. You authorize Voystro to exchange information with connected services as needed to provide the integrations you enable.
8. Plans, Billing, and Taxes
Some Voystro features may require a paid plan. Fees, limits, billing cycles, trial terms, and renewal details will be shown at checkout or in the applicable order, plan, or workspace billing page.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method accuracy, and charges incurred by your workspace.
9. Beta and Early Access Features
We may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early access features. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be discontinued. They are provided for evaluation and should not be used for critical workflows without your own review and backup procedures.
10. Intellectual Property
Voystro and its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Voystro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Voystro's intellectual property to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Voystro, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Voystro at any time. Workspace owners may remove users or close workspaces subject to applicable plan and billing terms.
Where reasonably necessary, we may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Voystro or others, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that may cause harm, security issues, legal exposure, or service disruption.
12. Disclaimers
Voystro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Voystro does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. AI-assisted content, transcripts, routing suggestions, and task recommendations are workflow aids and should be reviewed by qualified people before use in important decisions.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Voystro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
To the extent permitted by law, Voystro's total liability for all claims relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Voystro for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid Voystro.
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voystro from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated Terms or providing notice through the service. Continued use of Voystro after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
